Bones, or Clams or Whatever You Call Them

Dude Charity

In July of 2010, a couple thousand people met at Lebowski Fest in Louisville, Kentucky. It was the Fest’s 9th celebration and the costumes were glorious.

Our crew from Ohio dressed as the guys down at the crime lab. We wore embroidered lab coats which read, “L.A.P.D. Crime Lab: Lebowski Unit” and handed out Wanted posters advertising a $10,000 reward for the return of the Dude’s car.

The Philly Crew wore black pajamas and Chinese rice hats, carried machine guns and a couple legs that they apparently took from some guy in Korea. – always entertaining!

The Philly Crew

One of the Fest’s great costumes was worn by Achiever, Michael Kilbourne. He dressed as a cash machine and tossed around some Achiever Bucks of his own design.

After our Special Edition of The Abiding Times, Michael reached out to us and offered up his art files for the awesome baksheesh he was throwing around.

We’re Sharing them with you today!

Feel free to download them, print them and carry them in your ringer with Michael’s blessing… just try not to spend them at that In-N-Out Burger on Camrose!

That's me at a fest a few years back... I dressed as the pirated version of The Big Lebowski and handed out 200 DVD cases with altered cover art for The Big Lebowsky, starring Jeff Briggs and John Godman (sorry, no DVDs in them).
